Peer Review Process

Journal of Climate Change and Natural Hazards attempts to review the submissions of researchers and provide them with feedback in the shortest possible time. Therefore, the careful completion of all forms and submissions according to the author guidelines and ethical principles of the journal by esteemed researchers will facilitate the review and evaluation process.

The stages of submitting and reviewing an article are as follows:

  • Membership in the journal's website and receiving a username and password to track the submitted article through it.
  • Uploading the article to the website and completing all online forms, especially for authors, and attachment forms in the author guidelines.
  • Submitting the article according to the defined process in the journal system.
  • Sending possible revisions in the article to the author(s).
  • Receiving and checking the final article for printing in the journal by the journal management and author(s), and continuing the review process until a final decision.
  • Electronic publication of the article and the ability to access the article through the journal's website.

(The period of time required for the initial review of the articles received by the editor is a maximum of one week, and the initial result of the review can be viewed and tracked through the system in this period.)
